First Time Janitorial is a family owned and operated Commercial Cleaning business, centrally located in Pembroke, Ontario, established by Nathan Cunningham in 2005.

Our employees are trustworthy, hard working and honest individuals. All staff are clear criminal record checked to assure no history of theft as a condition of employment.
We typically work at the client's facility after business closing hours. Our senior staff are entrusted with keys and security codes, and our cleaning teams competently perform all tasks without any need for clients to stick around to supervise. Most work is night shifts, but we will accommodate your schedule.

Floor Cleaning is our Specialty
While we meet a wide range of janitorial needs, our specialty is making old, worn out floors look great again. Our motto is our aim: "right the first time, every time!"
We specialize in initial floor work (strip & wax, scrub & wax) as well as carpet cleaning and windows. All workers are WHMIS certified; some are TDG, First Aid and/or Fall Arrest trained. We can supply all machinery, cleaning products/supplies and labour. We use an assortment of professional cleaning equipment, not limited to propane burnishers and automatic floor scrubbers.
